Interesting. The righty inner post asks where the stuff came from, knowing that stuff must be made. The lefty outer post thinks stuff merely needs to be 'organized'. Its provenance is not just not in scope, it's not a concept at all. Just like how when Trump said 'find the votes' lefties could not distinguish it from 'create the votes'.
