🎓 Last week, Dr. Verena Weimer successfully defended her PhD thesis at Leiden University. Huge congratulations! 🌟

🔎 Verena investigated the role of teaching within the academic recognition and reward system. She was supervised by Tamara Heck, Thed van Leeuwen and Marc Riitberger.

🏛️ Last week, Andy Stirling visited CWTS to mark the start of his visiting professorship at our institute. He stayed for four days full of presentations and meetings, including an applied research lab introducing the method of multicriteria mapping (MCM), and a key note on the topic of 'Opening up and closing down'.

🌍 The Traditional Edition provides bibliometric indicators based on the Web of Science database and includes over 1500 universities worldwide.
