DHS is seeking public comments by February 9 on proposed changes that would include visitors to USA submitting all social media handles, email addresses, phone numbers, and biometrics including prospective DNA sampling, all family members' names and numbers, and mandatory use of a mobile phone app by CBP among other requirements, before entry to USA is approved.
