Complicated relationships with doctors.
On one hand, I wouldn't be here if not for empathetic and skilled doctors.
On the other hand, much of this journey may have been avoided if not for the lack of collaboration, expertise, compassion and far too often, actually listening by many doctors.
I'm pretty much past anger as it serves no purpose now.
However there should be an acknowledgement that the system is unnecessarily flawed.
Both a help and a hindrance to healthcare.

My wife has booked a trip to Montreal in June to visit her family and especially her mother who is failing fast.
