Don't calculate your budget to only last until game release "then it will start selling", not only rarely you get payed within a month (sometimes takes 2 cycles for 1st payment), sales might not catch up immediately, or maybe delayed outside of your control (publisher, cert). buffer a few months.

I just wanna brag that my game is using less memory than Win11 calculator! I know it's a bad example on a simple scene in a simple 2D game but I've been slowing replacing QoD render layer (because getting hard keeping running mobile iOS, GL deprecation etc etc) and noticed this.

l’m not sure this is very well known fact but early Playstation 1 console models had more issues with color banding that later ones, they HW patched in the later PS1 revisions so some games would look different depending on where you played it.

IMO Nokia falling out of the top phone companies was a big loss, they kept coming up with weird new interfaces every year, trying to shake up things. Now everyone copies iPhone which is roughly the same design since 2007, just bigger screens and camera.
