AI coding agents get the same instructions no matter what file they're touching. So they guess, break things, then spend 30 calls fixing it.
I built sctx. It scopes context to specific files using AGENTS.yaml. The agent only sees what's relevant.

AWS Middle East Central data centres have been attacked.
This is a good reminder that the cloud is just someone else's computer. And maybe it doesn't make sense to rely on cloud providers to store your photos, backups, emails, etc, if those cloud providers are now legitimate military targets.
Google Photos is now on the front lines 😬

Am I a hacker!? $0.57 for FREE! And it only cost me $100 in subscription + extra usage fees. I'll have something interesting to show for this soon. I've been working on an OpenClaw alternative. It's like OpenClaw but with elastic bands around the pinchers. It's based on the principles of reversibility, audibility, and accountability (RAA?). The AI can't do any irreversible actions, it logs everything it does do in concise human readable format, but the human is empowered to instigate informed reversible actions.

It got down to -25C last night. At that temperature our electric furnace starts to take over from our heat pump and our heating falls to only 100% efficiency. Our oven's cleaning cycle is also about 100% efficient. So I had a free oven cleaning!
