BTW, even though there are statements of the people you talk about that I myself strongly disagree with, I find it weird that those views aren't acceptable BUT supporting communism, which killed the most people of all political views, including facism is totally fine. You are pressing framework to also defund those people and projects.

Choosing a framework is *not* a political choice per se. It can be a pragmatic choice if you accept a bigger up front cost for saving over the long run because of upgrades and repairs.
Because it is impractical to impossible to prune every supplier you buy from to every project you support and the criteria will become more vague as you go down that path, it makes sense not to go there at all and be a technical project instead of attempting to mix it up into a political group.
