What was emphasized was something like that should *never* happen again. Between that and the Nuremberg trials, “just following orders” was not a defense nor an excuse.
That as a “professional” soldier, hold yourself and your fellow soldiers to a higher standard. I have no idea what’s been taught these days, but I remember that like it was yesterday

Apparently the King and the Royal family had no idea Andrew was going to be arrested at his home today. There was no “turn yourself in”, they straight up went and got him.

I'm old enough to remember when one would *proactively* cache static content through Squid, Apache or NGINX plugins and only had to worry about about ingress/egress fees.
This *build first* and worry about deployment later (if at all) is all fun and games until the bill comes due.

I don’t understand how some could see Trump posting depictions of the Obamas as apes as racist, but not when Trump said that “Mexico wasn’t sending their best” back in 2015.
America is what happens when a bigot takes office and uses the power of the nation to implement that bigotry as racist policy.
All one has to do is look throughout all of American history for examples.
