One of my favorite times of the year. The transitional period from winter to spring. High on 02/28 was 55 F/13 C. Then a clipper moved through and now it is 24.6 F/-4.1 C. Just had a few patches of snow yesterday, now an 1" / 2.54 cm of snow. Note the spider web on the camera. #weather

We had wind, snow showers, the temperature was 17F/-8.3C with a windchill 2F/-16.7C. Although I took several this was the best shot I could get at the dark spot just south of Owego, NY.
