Australian hospital separations with a diagnosis of Kaposi sarcoma have been generally falling in recent years, with a one-off spike in 2022. The decline is even more stark considering population growth (which I crudely estimate here at +1.5% pa).

The overall numbers are very small; around 35-45 per year, from a population of 26 million.
