@caseynewton How nice are these human coders to their employees, or their friends, or their family?

Not sure if AI customer service systems are chatbots, but I swear at them all the time. They're machines, not humans. They take the jobs of actual humans. THEY DON'T HAVE FEELINGS! When I'm asked to rate my experience, they NEVER ask my opinion of the chatbot, ONLY of the human.

I'd be interested in studies that researched human responses to chatbots and why. That seems more important to me.
