Please consider how much easier it is to frame art that is a standard size than it is to custom-build a fame or custom-cut a mat.

I mean, if the piece needs to be 3.6x5, then ignore me and go for it! You're the boss of your own vision! I _will_ build that frame or cut that mat.

But the 8x10 art gets up on a wall so much faster…and the 8.25x9 art is still in my closet waiting for me to level up my skill with this clumsy mat-cutting apparatus.

Finally finished reading Hailey Piper's _The Game In Yellow_, which has got to be the scariest work in the king-in-yellow mythos that I have ever read, and one of the very best horror novels I have read in a while.

You should probably find a set of CWs for the book before you read it, and avoid it completely if you are not sure that you like horror.
