Just found out from a neighbor that quite a few of the large multinational corporations are using AI applications and Interviewers. McDonalds for example: You can no longer walk into these places and apply. You will most likely never see a real person before you are determined to be categorically unsuited for a job if you do not answer in a way that pleases the AI. My guess (based on what he told me) is that the AI is trained to eliminate people who favor customer satisfaction over corporate bottomline.
We are in Hell.
