A week ago, I read this Mastodon toot (plus all replies and follow-up toots)... So I started writing my post for this blog: Yeah, it’s bad. Anyone who does not want to (or cannot) update from iOS 18 to 26 on a device that is theoretically capable of running the latest version is now stuck with what could be a very risky operating system.
