Thanks for the suggestion.

I haven't yet bought my van (I know the verb tenses in the post rather muddied where I actually sit on my timeline), but most of my gear exists due to me being a semi-avid hammock camper. I've spent loads of nights at primitive campgrounds, albeit within a few steps of my car, but otherwise without power.

So I'd have most of this blanket-based insulation (minus the merino wool) regardless.

My initial premise of writing the post (which never really got mentioned in the post itself beyond the opening lines), was to determine if I'm keeping all of my existing blankets or if I'm getting rid of any.
And the verdict currently looks like I'm keeping all of them, including the Cozy Critter (despite its negligible R-value).
