@James we bought our first Zojirushi in 2018 after seeing them at several hotels on our previous trip to Japan, and realized the electric kettles we had been buying again and again were just a waste of money and resources. All things considered, the timing was actually pretty good for the control panel to start failing on it shortly before we went on this trip. 😆 @elfkin
