@socalgecko @elfkin I have the 4L version of this water heater/dispenser and I FUCKING LOVE IT. I even went so far as to buy them for my sister and my parents. I drink a lot of tea and this is perfect.

I just got my sourdough starter revived. Though, considering it was 2 weeks of daily discard+feedings before it was active again, I'm thinking I now have a new starter entirely haha 😅
