Because yes! farm workers are usually exposed to chemicals used in farming with minimal protection (gloves and masks) while sweating under 40 degrees Celsius at least on California

I think you are missing the forest for the trees here, a capitalist society is by design hostile to any “second class” person (women, disabled, POC).
You need to ground these ideas and think what policies would work on this.
If you try to abolish sexwork the only think you will accomplish it even worse conditions for any informal worker. Any person that was willing to perform that kind of work would be out of any protection.
So what are your policies?
Would people still do ‘sexwork’ in a socialist society? If they have no need to work for shelter or food, would people still do it?

Seems about right, this happens in Mexico too where people will try to outvote whatever political party is in power without taking into account that every politician will just jump to that party

I mean it literally helps to defederate an instance overrun by bots because that means no one is taking care of banning them and manually review sign-ups, so you defend your instance of that spam/slop.
The best part is that defederation is not final so when that instance is finally healthy again it can be federated.
I think people here are missing the difference between reddit and any instance on the fediverse. Every instance admin has the power to control their federation and it is in their best interest to review sign-ups to a certain degree. Unlike reddit there is no urge to fill the site with 'users' to inflate numbers and sell ads.

Take everything I will say as informal bullshit but I get it, I have both autism and ADHD and I'm addicted to getting new info on currents events but at this point I'm not sure of I'm just letting myself go into doomerism or things have really gone crazy since COVID and I'm just trying to cope by gathering all the info I can to make informed decisions and discuss recent events

I mean yeah of course, but I want the same for every stray dog I encounter every day.
That’s why I think this whole “I’m gonna freeze my dog spending a lot of money and energy to do it just betting on some company to actually keep it frozen” while there are actual cases of companies disposing of human bodies due to closing down is dumb.
I don’t need my dog to live 100 years, I just want them to live a good life and die when the time comes. And I’ll keep taking care of dogs as long as I live.
