I block users who post NSFW/sensitive content without adding tags or Alt-Text or an explanation as to what the media depicts. I will block posters who write things like "well if you don't like what I am saying then you can just block me" if I feel that their response was inappropriate. I have been known to practice the use of dry humour and irony.
