Große Änderung: Besserstellungsverbot fällt. Ich bin unsicher, ob es wirklich zu "mehr glücklichen Wissenschaftler*innen" führt - wenn einige mehr Geld bekommen, fehlt das Geld ja anderswo. Im Zweifel also mehr für "Stars", aber weniger Jobs. Zusätzlich sinkt die Attraktivität der Universitäten oder von gemeinnütziger ("steuerfinanzierter") Forschung #wissenschaft #finanzierung
