Indian accents also sound horrendous to boot, even in the rare case where it's intelligible. It's the language equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. I don't mind most other accents. Even African (Swahili) English accents aren't horrible, since they at least sound smooth and connected. But Hindi English is rape on my ears. It sounds like an engine running with no oil, or the Titanic hitting the iceberg, just really, really awful.

I have a solution for the economy and jobs crisis that nobody likes. Create a dollar factory with infinity cubicles. In each cubicle, there is a single button. Once per minute, you can press the button, and a dollar is deposited into your bank account. You must be present and cannot automate it in any way. You have health benefits and accrue leave. You can stay at the dollar factory as long or as little as you want/need. With more longevity at the dollar factory, you can press the dollar button more often, say every 50 seconds after being promoted a few times. The top execs can press the button once every 10 seconds. Promotion is based on total number of button presses compared to your peers in the same "cooldown" class.
