It’s like whipped cream consistency and easy to over-whip when mixing colors (make difficult to spread) this was also my first time putting flavored filling instead of a layer of frosting between the cake layers and damn it tastes so much better. Pistachio cream between vanilla cake is sooooooo yummy 10/10 would recommend.
