New tachometer spindle for Iseki-san. The temporary fix in winter didn't last and it kept screeching until warmed up. Found a replacement for €12 that is way longer than the original, but fits fine doing an extra loop.
Took the dash out to clean as well.
Result: Clean dashboard and no more screeching!

Sunny day and some stuff got done.
Since it was -20 last night I tried the tractor again and it did start on its own battery this time, so the better oil made a difference.
Then tried the lawnmower. I want to use that next winter, would be good to know it starts. It did after a small tune-up (bonk spark plug onto engine). Then mowed some snow, which actually worked but the lawn tyres have little grip.
Finally tried the excavator and figured out how to start that in the cold too. The problem is between thick oils and cold battery it never cranks fast enough to close the centrifugal decompression valve, it just keeps turning forever. With a booster cable it started immediately. Need to add a plug as battery access is tricky. Maybe winter hydraulic oil.
