昨天去錄了紅白，這節目17年，我第一次拿到票，說真的有太多不公平，但又能怎樣呢？沒權沒勢就是注定沒有票！
當辛龍出現那一剎那，我感動到哭了，節目也很細心的替他準備開頭，我從以前就愛聽辛龍唱歌，從他唱英文歌、還沒結婚前就一直是他歌迷，看見他終於復出，真的有說不出的感動！
看了好多我愛的歌手：許富凱、蘇慧倫、阿弟、辛龍、盧廣仲、黃偉晉、動力火車
King&Prince 現場唱歌超級好聽，我也被吸引住了！也終於見到偉晉，因為太愛他的歌聲了，這是一場用心辦的演唱會，2/16會播出，能入場真的是有說不出的驚喜，我也是抱病去看的，我還在感冒中，幸好燒退了！

做菜有時候成功，有時候不成功。早上繼續挑戰用不鏽鋼鍋做蘑菇歐姆蛋，又變成蘑菇和炒蛋了。為了做菜設了兩個鬧鐘，那是每日午、晚餐必須進廚房開始備料的時間。
育兒必須小夫妻兩人協力，才能避免其中一人被壓垮，這之餘還有洗衣晾衣、吸地板等零碎家事，構思餐點內容並動手製作實在太花時間，自己做一次才知道常態性負責家庭三餐是多累的事。刻板印象中都是媽媽做的事，如今我們得要三人分擔；雖然說弟弟也是要在家上班，但廣大的職業婦女可是一人做完我們三人的工作。
到底是我們太廢，還是上一輩就是忙於這些所以沒有時間留給耐心教養？昨天和弟弟說一句「我又不必為這個家庭負責，當然很輕鬆」，時間到了我終究要回國，留下來的弟弟和弟媳要繼續扛這個小家庭沉沉的壓力，延後回國的時間，是我的仁至義盡。

今天是弟妹產後D36，原訂在德國停留60天的我，今天應弟弟的請求，改成在德國停留86天，由弟弟付錢並改好機票了。這下子我要在德國待到春天了。
今天中午煮了香菇雞湯，我真想不到來德時買了4、5包乾香菇，到現在已經只剩下10朵不到。晚餐煎現成的漢堡排，這是我之前逛超市時好奇買的，弟弟他們從沒買過，結果它現在成為我的固定菜單之一。今天Gemini提供了一個適合我現有材料的食譜：
漢堡排煎完起鍋後，原鍋加入碎洋蔥和蘑菇切片，用漢堡排的肉汁把它們炒軟。之前因為怕弟妹還未出月子，我會把漢堡排煎到全熟，肉汁也收乾了；今天保留了中心的粉紅色，肉汁也很豐富，完全不必補油就可以炒軟洋蔥和蘑菇，接著加入一匙醬油、一匙巴薩米克醋，用一些水把湯匙上的醋沖進鍋裡，煮到收汁，熄火並在起鍋前放一大塊奶油。
結果這漢堡排和醬汁超好吃的！醋的酸味解除肉汁的油膩感，整體味道又還是濃郁的；肉心不再是全熟的乾柴口感，配上滿滿的碎洋蔥和蘑菇一起吃有豐富的層次。再加上我還花了一小時切奶油南瓜來烤，僅僅二菜一湯（對，中午沒喝完）吃完超滿足的……
