Think! is the second album by American organist Lonnie Smith recorded in 1968 and released on the Blue Note label. The Allmusic review by Matt Collar awarded the album 4½ stars and stated "Think!, organist Lonnie Smith's 1968 release for Blue Note, is easily one of the strongest dates the Hammond B-3 master would produce for the label". - Wikipedia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7V5Yg3xI8Bs&list=OLAK5uy_mVxAEm7NTC8pGwOQ4rRDe58BzJXy0-L2M&index=1 #LonnieSmith #HammondOrgan #LeeMorgan #DavidNewman #Melvin Sparks #Jazz #SoulJazz #Music #BlueNote #Funk #ArethaFranklin

'S Make It (slang for 'Let's go') is a recording by the hard bop Art Blakey jazz ensemble. It was recorded in Los Angeles in 1964 and issued on the Limelight label. Jeffery S. McMillan has called the release one of Blakey's most underrated works and that it exemplifies his 1964–1965 work.[8] In a review in the December 1965 issue of Black World, the title track is described as "a diabolical concept, a dark image, invoking the innermost caverns of Manhattan.".. - Wikipedia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8D36xgmpHU&list=PLUJ7V33M1wR0bhL1mvkpM-4r8YXf7Z9yK&index=2 #ArtBlakey #JazzMessengers #HardBop #LeeMorgan #CurtisFuller #JohnGilmore #JohnHicks #VictorSproles #Jazz #Music #Limelight
