Headline says it all really: "NSW police end restriction on protests now Israeli president has left the country" "The New South Wales police commissioner has ended a restriction on protests that effectively banned marches in designated areas, now that the Israeli president, Isaac Herzog, has left Australia. On Tuesday, GE-Mal Lanyon announced the restriction would cease, meaning protest organisers can once again use the form 1 system to facilitate marches with police, without the risk of being arrested in the Sydney CBD and the eastern suburbs." https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2026/feb/17/nsw-police-protest-restrictions-end-sydney-isaac-herzog-ntwnfb #Complicit #GenocideEnabling #Corruption #NSW #PoliceBrutality #News #HumanRights #Activism

NSW police watchdog [who report directly to GE-Minns] to investigate *alleged* [confirmed from video evidence from multiple angles] police brutality at Sydney protest against Isaac Herzog [to give the public an illusion of accountability] "Despite premier Chris Minns’s objection to any inquiry, Law Enforcement Conduct Commission says it is in public interest to investigate ‘alleged misconduct’" 🙄 https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2026/feb/13/police-watchdog-to-investigate-alleged-police-brutality-at-sydney-protest-against-isaac-herzog-ntwnfb #Corruption #AUSPol #NSW #GEMinns #HumanRights #Activism #News

NSW premier GE-Minns won’t apologise to Muslims after police grab men praying and throw them to the ground at rally against Isaac Herzog https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2026/feb/12/nsw-premier-chris-minns-no-apology-muslim-police-sydney-protest-ntwnfb #News #AUSPol #LaborFail #Complicit #PoliceBrutality #HumanRights #Activism #NSW #Sydney

NSW *Police* have crossed the line.. "Allegations of police throwing punches Labor backbencher Anthony D’Adam says he saw police punching people and throwing someone to the ground, as tensions heated up at the Sydney protest. He said initially police were “getting good cooperation from the crowd”, but then an officer pushed his bike into a woman and “clearly hurt her”. When she got angry, another officer pushed her into the crowd and other bystanders, who fell over, were shocked and angry, and started yelling. He said: That then resulted in a number of other officers joining the fray. They grabbed someone and threw them on to the ground, and then they were just throwing punch after punch at this person. It just seemed totally over the top in terms of the police reaction. D’Adam went on to say that it was because the police didn’t have enough “scope” to manage the crowd and disperse people, and said if the government had allowed the protesters to march up George Street it wouldn’t have happened." #PoliceState #AUICE #AUSPol #News #HumanRights #NSW #Australia
