I forgot about my bread last night. Proved 18 hrs in fridge, took out on counter to bake at 9, forgot and left out all night. Huge rise this morning. Probably super over proved; we’ll see later this morning! Baking now.
But if this turns out well I have a new trick LOL: forgotten bread
