When ADHD & late nights collide:
I woke up relatively early this morning, 8:30 despite not getting to bed til 2. Breakfast was trail mix, then a granola bar. I was still hungry, made myself some oatmeal. But after 2 hours on here, I was also still pretty tired, so went back to bed, dozing until after 2pm. Finally get myself dressed, I'm pretty hungry, what do I want for lunch? Hmm, all I had for breakfast was trail mix, I'm kind of in the mood for oatmeal to fill me up. I get oat the oats & raisins, remember that I did this already this morning. Check the sink. Yeah, there's an old oatmeal bowl there on the pile of dirty dishes. Oatmeal for breakfast and lunch is a bit much, I guess I should think of something else. Look through the fridge & cupboards, but I'm not in the mood for anything else that's easy, and now it's in my head, I really want oatmeal. I start pouring raisins in a bowl. Stop. Look at the sink again. Check the microwave. Yep, this morning's oatmeal is still sitting there, waiting for me. 🙃
