People who experienced a burn out, how do you try to do things differently?
My eldest (23) is finally getting a bit better (had to drop off uni 1y3/4 ago ). I think it would help his self esteem to change what his day looks like (the idea being you can't do things the same and expect a different outcome), but starting slowly so as not to trigger any set back.
Have you experienced this? Could you telle me about it? Any advice?
