Anyone here with experience in .NET: ResX seems to be veeeery Visual Studio specific and doesn't do Linux at all apparently. What are people using for localisation/ResX on Linux?

Avalonia's localisation tutorial also says to use PublicResXGenerator or w/e it's called, which isn't available on Linux.

There's a post on Bluesky going viral about how Storage Sense on Windows kept deleting the poster's old stuff, and they had to delete it because it breached containment and people kept going on about Linux lol

God damn it, Niri has me by the balls now. Tried KDE, even with Karousel, and Niri is just better for me now. I've been having issues with the usual window management paradigm from ADHD, and Niri was basically something I didn't know I wanted.

There are some nagging issues relating to XWayland (xwayland-satellite is the software being used on Niri) and software not catching up, but it's something I just gotta suck up and deal with, I guess. It will get better, a bug I reported regarding transparency with Avalonia apps already has a fix being PR'd on GitHub.
