So many things getting lost to poor education:
1. OTCs = Over The Counter. That term does not mean "medicine." Medicine is by prescription only.
2. On the Nutrition Information label of various foods, "Sugars" does not = "Table Sugar" or "Cane Sugar." In this case, it = "simple sugars" which are found in *all* foods except for anything that's 100% protein or 100% fat.
3. Capitalization is a thing. Use it appropriately.
4. "Have" not "of." It's "I would not have thought of that." Not "I would not of thought have that."
5. As the old saying goes, "Mind the ellipsis." An ellipsis is three periods or "dots" in a row. Like this...
6. Carb calories especially make people fat, and give them diabetes over time; fat calories help to slow digestion and limit glucose spikes. Fat calories are not what make people "fat" (even if there are more of them per gram of food). It's the glucose spikes from the carbs that people need to watch out for in most (not all) cases.
7. You are not your body. It doesn't reflect who you are. It reflects your genes, for the most part. Accept all of you! When others bully you over your looks (or over anything else), it makes them look unattractive to everyone. They aren't "better than" anyone; including their own bloated egos.
8. No, Nazism is not "in" or "cool" or whatever. It's pure evil.
9. No, nothing is worth your soul, including trash that your "friends" try to bring into your life that you don't need.
10. No, you don't have to stay with your current SO. If you want to leave, then leave.
