The unsettled weather impacts some of those suffering from chronic illnesses physically too. I had pizza for my tea, but unfortunately overate (I do love pizza) and gave myself indigestion which disturbed my sleep, although family stress prior to eating probably didn't help either. Hope you have a better day today.

It’s not that a hyper-independent person doesn’t want help. In fact, they crave that help, but they want to feel safe enough to receive it.”

UK followers - I've been overcharged twice in one week (Sainsbury's and TG Jones). Both times it was down to till/system errors, so it's a good idea to check your receipts, particularly if you're buying things shown as discounted. Store staff were apologetic and happy to refund when I pointed out the mistake.

I've always enjoyed reading fiction and devoured books from a very young age, but I was never one for playing make believe and struggled with creative writing. I've also never particularly enjoyed sci-fi or fantasy.

Recently, these have been Lola Young's Messy, Frank Turner's Do One or Destiny's Child's Survivor. Singing along loudly, usually in the car or bathroom, helps to get the stress out. Or just songs that sound good turned up loud to sing or dance along to, if I've got the energy.
