It's like the Joe's Plumbing Services peace price.
Nobody asked for it, Joe has no prior experience in human rights, international law or any other thing other than plumbing. In fact he is a much better plumber than the FIFA is an organisation with integrity.
At least he's not corrupt, raking in millions primarily off the poor suckers who are addicted to 22 kicking a round ball around incessantly, and he's probably not a fascist enabling predator that belongs in jail.
