Last night my #SwordCoastRamblers #DnD group landed in Bargewright Inn, a nexus of Zhent activity with three plot hooks between Storm Kings Thunder and Princes of the Apocalypse. I poked at them witnessing a few things and then what really got their attention was the Womford Bat, a local vampire. Spent most of the session grilling staff for information and trying to stake out the killer. I think I have a decent finale for the side trek lined up for next session as they're chasing after a caravan to warn them of the danger

What I don't like is that the map has traps clearly marked, and there's no clean player version. We could go theatre of the mind referring off the planning stage map, or just have the traps be gimmies since half the party has the passive perception anyway.
There's a fella making and selling nicely details maps on DMs Guild but I don't want to set the expectation for our other DMs in this project to purchase assets.
