West Virginia bans sex with animals and there was actually a delegate that voted against the bill 🤯
That not bad enough? A delegate has been trying to make it illegal for years because police and prosecutors have been asking for it so they don't have to keep seeing cases dropped and she had been struggling to get it introduced.
