Four years ago I bought my gaming pc also for "studying." Today, I do CFD simulations and machine learning for my master's degree. So yes, mom, it was all true. Just well in advance.

The last days I rediscovered the #nintendo #DSi, and in the rabbit hole of making it functional again I’ve seen how cool is the #homebrew and modding community even after many years! (Also bricked my R4 card in the process lol)

Found this HP ProLiant dl160 g6 for free. It lacks the top panel cover, it’s LOOOOUD, 4 threads and 4 gb ram. I’m searching for alternative non rackable cases for that, and maybe some cheap upgrades like a 2nd Xeon and some ram. I’ve just experienced the best gaming experience of my life, it’s so peculiar that it’s hard to describe, far from any good or bad expectations. I found it hard to start alone, but the second try, with some friends, went really smoothly. I can’t wait to start the DLC!
