When I saw they wanted to add auth using JWT tokens for active layer 2 routing... I was like "They missed April Fools by a couple of weeks. And it's not even funny."
Then saying it's "backwards compatible" and in the same paragraph highlighting the packet header being 8 octets bigger... Anything that sees a "Version=8" packet will drop it as a 'failed to parse'
I don't even want to tear into the assortment of "requirements" like the new socket type,new DNS record, new packet types (e.g. icmpv8) etc because I'd be putting in nore effort than the author did which as a general rule I try to avoid.

What are your suggested ways to spend "Professional Development" funds for someone who has a deadline to spend them? The funds must be used specifically for career growth opportunities.
I'm asking on behalf of someone in the Public Health field. Epidemiology, Data Science, etc are all relevant as well. If you have book recommendations, they'll take those too!
