"Cold" illness continues. Received my order of quadruple tests, for Adenoviruses, RSV, FluA/B, all negative. Tested negative for COVID yesterday.
Not sure what else is going around #ottawa. I definitely haven't noticed any 6g upgrades to my perception, disappointing.

If you've slept at all during the previous 12 hours, you may only consume 1 redeye during 6-745. Unless breakfast is served, in which case unlimited caesars are permitted.
If the eastern horizon is clear, you may drink 1oz of tequila at sunrise, approx 655am.

Watched "Predator: Badlands". Good movie. Elle Fanning is great. Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangiis great. Great FX. Lots of action, fight scenes, Yautja culture, evil spacefaring weapons corporations. Bits of humour.
The movies of the predator-aliens-spaceballs universe are really a mixed bag, this is a decent one.

@virtuous_sloth@cosocial.ca Conservatives have been complaining about the consequences of neoliberalism, then only proposing harder neoliberalism as the answer. Same with the Liberals. Even the NDP at times (Mulcair).
I think culturally Canada is still quite a ways from a reversal of the 50 year trend of increasing neoliberalism.
We'll know things are changing when the govt stops giving the 70% foreign-owned oil producers free, money-losing pipelines.
