I must be feeling tired. Or more tired than usual.
I got to watch some of the current "auditor" stupid. I've been aware of them since the covids where they seemed to start or perhaps it was around the immediate post Brexit.
But they are currently achieving high levels of ugliness.
Can't help feeling it's going to get worse.

"UK to send destroyer to Mediterranean"
These class 45 Destroyer ships.. well the country was meant to have 12, but we only could afford 6.
They were built with flaw that means the engine cuts out completely catastrophically.
This is fixed in 2 of them, 3 are getting fixed, so not actually in service, and one still has the issue.

Felt good about myself at the gym yesterday and today. I go on bike, and I like watching the numbers.
Imho exercise cycling is about power and heart rate. (Contrast with racing, which is about winning; touring, which is about enjoying the ride; and commuting which is about the destination)
Exercise cycling is how long can you push X watts or spend time in zone Y.
Anyways I had good numbers yesterday and today.
Also felt like going for a run at midday too. I've not felt up to that in ages
