Ukraine is not only defending their homes from russian terror but ours as well here deep inside Europe.

We must spend years thanking Ukraine for stopping the war from spreading.

Looks like I lost 15W from my FTP over my season break.

Better get back on the bike and trails and start ramping up the training again. Not too long until the next races.

I envy cyclists how they have this pretty objective measurement (FTP) of their current form.
Much more difficult to get something similar in #running or especially in #trailrunning .

But FTP ramp tests are always so painful...

I think it makes sense to let US companies know why we're not considered their offers when approached by their sales people. I hope more people there will start to understand that their government actions have real consequences for the whole country, whether you voters for them or not.
