I’m so proud! In math class, the teacher told the kids they could have notes for the exam on one side of a single piece of paper. My 16yo twisted and taped his paper into a Möbius strip!

Apparently the teacher was dumbfounded… and then allowed it!

(I mean, how could he not? It was *math* class!)

Remember how #MerrillLynch is on my never-do-business-with-them-again list? My money is finally free of their clutches!

But I’m still getting spam from them, and my attempt to unsubscribe is a perfect example of why they’re on that list.

Some of their emails don’t have an unsubscribe link.

The ones that do, go to a page that asks me to type in my email address to unsubscribe. (Assholes, already.)

It wants me to type it twice. (Assholes squared.)

Then when I type it twice and submit, it tells me that the email address is invalid!

The literal email address that I copied and pasted out of the message they sent to me!

Thankfully it’s a unique address (and the “+” is probably the problem) - so I can just block it!

(Of course, that will probably screw me next year at tax season…)

Anyhow, #PSA: don’t do business with Merrill Lynch.

It’s been over three months since I went to the gym. Between starting a new job, commute times, holidays, and winter, I haven’t mustered the willpower. But today I’m back, and I’ve lost a ton of progress.

But I’d forgotten how good it feels. I think it was a mistake to led that feeling fade from my memory.
