Not near my fastest or near my slowest, happy with race. When I couldn’t run or really live life for ~2 years due to concussion and stroke, didn’t know if I’d be here here, for sure didn’t expect to have run 10 marathons since.

The collab between Substack and Polymarket is gross. These betting markets should be banned. They are incentivizing people who can influence major geopolitical and business events to manipulate the outcomes for grift.
Glad I left Substack for Beehiiv in late 2024, and wrote an article on problems with it for @MAD_democracy@journa.host a few months ago.

I was watching the Benfica-Real Madrid game in a bar, and although I could see the screen well, I couldn’t hear any commentary.
Yet another racist incident against Vini Jr. And disgraceful that Mourinho tried to cover it up.
I think what makes me saddest, though, is I was reading comments on an Instagram video by Mister Chip, who rightfully condemned it, and sooooo many people were justifying racism 🥺
