🚨Der vorgelegte Gesetzentwurf zur "IP-Adressspeicherung" geht weit über vergangene Gesetzesentwürfe hinaus, die von deutschen und europäischen Gerichten als verfassungswidrig eingestuft wurden, und läuft völlig der eigentlichen Idee von Datenschutz und Datenminimierung zuwider.

Europäische Technologieunternehmen erleben derzeit einen Aufschwung durch die Unsicherheiten in den USA, der vorgelegte Gesetzesentwurf wirkt diesem Aufschwung entgegen.

🚨 Der Gesetzentwurf zur #Chatkontrolle sieht vor, dass digitale Kommunikation einschließlich verschlüsselter Nachrichten und Fotos gescannt werden soll.

Wir bei Phoenix R&D entwickeln Software im Bereich der sicheren Kommunikation und haben uns an die an BMDS, BMJV, BMI, Bundeskanzleramt sowie die Fraktionen aus den Parteien der Regierungskoalition gewandt, sich am 14. Oktober gegen den Gesetzesvorschlag der Chatkontrolle auszusprechen.

The Open Technology Fund mentioned Messaging Layer Security as a privacy-preserving technology, so people can communicate securely and evade repressive state-sponsored surveillance online.
