My brain finds that it’s hard to predict a lot of the world and a lot of people. And so I tend to find comfort in trying to make things into absolutes. So things tend to be sorted into an all or a nothing, especially when I’m stressed. And one of my biggest revelations was, it’s not all or nothing. #ActuallyAutistic #AuDHD #Autistic #Neurodiversity #Acceptance
