#Poland innovation - affordable housing combined with anti-tank barriers aka “dragon’s teeth” 😂 P.S. these rows of identical one family houses are a consequence of absence of spatial planning - they are simply built on former farming land which, for historic reasons dating back hundreds of years ago, in Poland very often was cut in the form of long, thin strips. Logistic and infrastructure nightmares of such design are kind of obvious, but people who buy them don’t really think much about these until they start living there.

Agi: Automotive, in 25 anni crollo della produzione dell'83,3% AGI - L'automotive è il settore che sta pagando di più gli effetti della crisi dell'industria. Se nei primi 9 mesi del 2000 la produzione di auto si attestava a 1.077.995, nel 2025 siamo a 179.737, con un crollo dell'83,3% nella produzione nazionale. Sono i dati forniti dal centro studi della Fiom-Cgil. A causa del crollo della produzione di automobili, l'Italia è costretta a esportare una parte consistente di componentistica: i principali paesi verso i quali esportiamo sono Germania, Francia, Usa, Polonia e Spagna. Le auto di cilindrata più piccola (inferiore a 1.000 centimetri cubici), spiega la Fiom, l'Italia le importa principalmente da Spagna, Marocco, Romania, Ceca e Turchia; quelle di cilindrata compresa tra 1.000 e 1.500 centimetri cubici principalmente da Spagna, Cina, Germania, Polonia, Marocco. Con il crescere della cilindrata (compresa tra 1.500 e 3.000 centimetri cubici) e con l'elettrificazione cresce invece il ruolo della Germania come paese dal quale importiamo. Investimenti nel settore automotive Nel settore automotive, nel periodo 2015-2024 gli investimenti dall'estero verso l'Italia sono diminuiti di 9,153 miliardi di euro: complessivamente, denuncia la Fiom, "siamo di fronte a un processo di disinvestimento". Al contrario, gli investimenti dall'Italia verso l'estero sono stati pari a 8,251 miliardi di euro (tra questi vi sono gli investimenti in Paesi del Nord Africa). #Poland tightens cybersecurity rules targeting non #NATO suppliers The government says the law is both a response to the rising number of cyberattacks and the need to implement the EU’s Network and Information Systems Directive 2 (NIS 2) directive, which was meant to be done by October 2024. The main change creates a category of “high-risk” vendors who will be barred from providing goods or services to sectors considered vital to the state.
