Euvic, the Polish IT group, has entered Warsaw's NewConnect alternative market through merger with eo Networks. Trading as EUVIC since January 16, 2026. Current share price: 25 PLN. Market capitalization: approximately 1 billion PLN ($250 million). The Ukrainian dimension: Euvic is systematically building a local IT ecosystem targeting 400-700 specialists through acquisitions (Exoft, Artkai, 7Devs, Lampa Software). January 2025 saw the first PFR TFI investment in Ukraine supporting this consolidation. March 5, 2026: Euvic Ukraina sp. z o.o. acquired 100% of Moretime Finland Oy for €1.85 million base price plus up to €1 million earn-out based on 2026-2027 performance.
