Se ne torna a parlare dopo un video diventato virale in questi giorni: una donna spinge a terra una bambina mentre attraversa l’incrocio di Shibuya, a Tokyo, mentre la madre la sta filmando. Da anni gli esperti studiano le possibili cause di questi gesti deliberati, spesso collegati a stress urbano e dinamiche sociali. Il tema è entrato nel dibattito pubblico giapponese nel 2018, quando in rete circolò un video che mostrava un uomo spingere intenzionalmente diverse donne alla stazione di Shinjuku. Un sondaggio del 2024 su 21.000 persone ha rilevato che il 14% degli intervistati ha dichiarato di essere stato vittima di butsukari, il 6% di aver assistito a un episodio e il 5% entrambe le cose. The topic entered the Japanese public debate in 2018, when a video circulating online showed a man intentionally pushing several women at the Shinjuku station. Agi: Petrolio: oggi vertice di emergenza del G7 sulle riserve strategiche AGI - I ministri delle finanze del G7 discuteranno di un possibile rilascio congiunto di petrolio dalle riserve, coordinato dall'Agenzia internazionale per l'energia, in una riunione di emergenza che si terrà oggi, volta a contrastare l'impennata dei prezzi del petrolio in seguito al conflitto nel Golfo. Lo riporta il Financial Times. Secondo fonti vicine alla situazione, tra cui un alto funzionario del G7, i ministri e Fatih Birol, direttore esecutivo dell'AIE, terranno una chiamata alle 8.30 (ora di New York) per discutere dell'impatto della guerra con l'Iran. Finora, sempre secondo fonti citate dal Financial Times, tre paesi del G7, tra cui gli Stati Uniti, hanno espresso il loro sostegno all'idea. I 32 membri dell'Aie detengono riserve strategiche nell'ambito di un sistema di emergenza collettivo progettato per fronteggiare le crisi dei prezzi del petrolio. Una fonte ha affermato che alcuni funzionari statunitensi ritengono che un rilascio congiunto di 300-400 milioni di barili, ovvero il 25-30% degli 1,2 miliardi di barili di riserva, sarebbe appropriato. L'incontro avviene mentre il presidente degli Stati Uniti Donald Trump è sotto pressione per fermare il forte aumento del prezzo del petrolio greggio dall'inizio della guerra.  Stamattina, i mercati azionari asiatici crollano dopo il balzo dei prezzi del petrolio. According to sources close to the situation, including a senior G7 official, ministers and Fatih Birol, executive director of the IEA, will hold a call at 8:30 am (New York time) to discuss the impact of the war with Iran. So far, according to sources cited by the Financial Times, three G7 countries, including the United States, have expressed their support for the idea. The 32 members of the IEA hold strategic reserves within a collective emergency system designed to address oil price crises. A source said that some US officials believe that a joint release of 300-400 million barrels, or 25-30% of the 1.2 billion barrel reserves, would be appropriate. The meeting takes place as US President Donald Trump is under pressure to halt the sharp rise in crude oil prices since the start of the war. This morning, Asian stock markets are falling after the jump in oil prices. The Nikkei benchmark index in Tokyo fell 5%. In Seoul, the Kospi index fell 6.52%, the Hang Seng index of Hong Kong fell 1.64%. Taipei fell 4%, Sydney 2.52%.
