Russia has yet to deny responsibility for a drone strike on a Ukrainian passenger train, killing at least five people, and prompting accusations of terrorism from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Russia’s strikes may be becoming more accurate because of Starlink satellite systems.
