Spiced noodles with squid
Cooked the noodles in the same way as sopa seca de fideos, but with different flavourings. Worked very well. There were pancakes with sugar and lemon to follow, but I didn't snap those.

Garlic and chilli prawns
Pheasant and Savoy cabbage pie
Had to do a shot of the pie with a wedge removed to show off the interior.

6 Feb:
Pork ribs
Possibly the juiciest ribs I've made. Did a stovetop braise for an hour and a half before finishing in the oven. Lots of chilli, muscovado sugar, paprika, oregano, garlic and cider vinegar to give a hot, sweet and sour profile.
Sadly shop-bought coleslaw as my partner doesn't like my home-made coleslaw and last time I made it, called it dank. It is not dank, it is superb.
