If somebody wants to make cellular modem kill switches for autos this is a great reason.
Most autos that have cellular and bluetooth hookups use a module. That is because of the costs of testing and licensing a circuit board for every revision if it has the radio hardware on board. Same thing is done in laptops and computers for their WIFI/Bluetooth hardware.

Ford going 48VDC low voltage architecture for lights, etc like the Cybertruck introduced. It lowers wiring costs and weight by allowing using thinner wires. For manufacturing it could even allow robotic installation. This is because wire sizes for many things are now small enough they could be made of flexible PCBs. I've done this with my artwork.

I wonder about these FOIA letters Epstein made to CIA/NSA. You would get the same answer for me. It means nothing, and if he was an agent or adjacent, he should know.
